Beverley Watts, our office Manager will help you if she can, she can deal with any enquiries you may have about saddles on our database, send out accessories if you would like to order some and take messages. If your call is specific to a particular agent, their contact details and our mobiles are listed on our profile pages and if she isn’t in the office the phones divert directly to Dean and Gini where ever they are .
Your call is very important to us so please continue to call even if you get an international dial tone but please be aware that if we are saddle fitting we could take a while to get back to you as we are busy with customers, during International visits we often undertake whole day fitting clinics so would be grateful if you could please bear with us .
Thanks to modern technology we are also usually able to access our emails when away from home but if you get our out of office, again, please bear with us as we will be saddle fitting or may have lack of internet access but we hope to contact you within 24 hours. Large files with photos can sometimes be rejected by our server. If you do not get a reply please copy in our mobile emails, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org as these are web based and do not suffer the same issue.
